    Near the windows, no elaborate review needed: it fits, functions, and looks good. The profile reads beautifully in person. The scale makes the surrounding pieces look more balanced too.

    Close to the rest of the seating, it does not compete with the rest of the room, which is exactly why it works. The scale works well in a room that already has a lot going on. The finish reads a little warmer in person than it did on my screen, but it ended up working well with our existing pieces. It has a lived-in quality that works better than something overly formal. I would not change a thing about the decision. It was an easy yes once we saw it in place.
