Features
  • Finely crafted using time-tested joinery and construction methods, lumber is selected, sanded and assembled by hand to ensure that all the joinery is clean, flush, and smooth to the touch.
  • Multiple coats of silky smooth varnish is applied and sanded by hand to provide lasting protection that is resistant to stains, moisture rings, heat damage and abrasions.
  • Drawers are made with English dovetails, fully-finished drawer boxes, and glued-in-place drawer bottoms.
  • Space for Cal-King Mattress - 72.5" x 84.5"
  • The finish is GREENGUARD Certified for low chemical emissions.
  • Natural variations in solid wood and hand-applied finishes make each piece unique. Slight grain and finish irregularities as well as subtle differences in stain shades are signs that the furniture has been crafted from solid wood and are considered hallmarks of quality.
  • Natural hardwoods have specific characteristics that make them warm and appealing to the eye. Swirls, knots, pitch pockets and burls are some characteristics that contribute to the natural beauty of finely crafted hardwood furniture.
  • Hardwoods oxidize, or change color, from exposure to direct light. The color of the wood will deepen over time and take on a warm glow and soft patina.
  • Digital images are an approximation of the actual color and vary from monitor to monitor and, as such, cannot be considered an exact representation of a product's actual color.

Product Care:
To care for and preserve the finish on your new Copeland Furniture piece, please keep the following recommendations in mind. While our furniture has been finished with a durable top coat, the surface may be sensitive to dents and abrasions during the first 30 days in your home. Treat the surface finish gently so it does not dent or chip. Tape or stickers should not be put on the finish. For general care use a soft cloth to dust the furniture. Use damp cloth with a mild soap to clean-up spills or dirt. Dry the surface thoroughly. Please do not use any polishes, waxes or solvents to clean the surface of the furniture. This holds true for new Copeland Furniture pieces as well as items you may already have in your home. Please do not place any candles directly on the surface of your furniture. The perfumes and dyes in the candles may penetrate the finish.

The bed wall in the guest room needed a stronger focal point. It made the bedroom feel more settled without needing a full redesign. I especially like how the built-in storage keeps the piece from looking plain. It works for everyday sleep but still looks nice when the room is cleaned up.

Side rails are the detail I notice most. The finish looked a little different under our lights, but still good. That mattered more after we lived with it for a few days.

Older bedroom quiet corner looks cleaner from the doorway. It is cute without being too much. It solved the space problem we bought it for.

Relaxing styling gives the bedroom a more intentional look, without making the bedroom feel crowded.

Small bedroom style feels less temporary. It is practical without feeling like a purely functional piece. The warm brown tone feels right for the style of the room. The finish settled into the room better than expected.

Practical scale works well without making the room feel crowded. It arrived looking like what I hoped for from the photos.
