Because the small details work with our existing pieces, there was no need to rethink the whole room. It softens the room in a way the photos did not fully show.

Our reading corner had a blank spot that needed something practical, not bulky. It has just enough visual presence to make the room feel finished. It feels polished without looking as though the room was put together all at once. The room finally feels as though it has a plan. The purchase has aged well in our space.

At home, it has enough presence to look decorative and enough function to earn its spot. It sits easily with the rest of our existing pieces. I needed a little time to settle on the exact placement, but once it was in the room the scale made sense.
