In the bedroom, this nightstand solved a space problem without announcing itself. It has a useful footprint for a room that cannot spare much extra space. The piece photographs well, but the scale is what really works in person.

Close to the bedroom wall, it does not compete with the rest of the room, which is exactly why it works. It looks more substantial in person than expected.

With our layout, what first stood out was the profile; it feels considered rather than showy. It has a useful footprint for a room that cannot spare much extra space. I needed a little time to settle on the exact placement, but once it was in the room the scale made sense. No regrets with this one.
