This workspace has the right amount of presence for the study. It was a very easy choice in the end.

Close to the bookcase, it does not compete with the rest of the room, which is exactly why it works. The profile works with the furniture we already own. There is a nice balance here between visual interest and everyday usefulness.

Placed in the work corner, it brought a little order to an otherwise awkward area. The small details work with the furniture we already own. It feels like a piece we will keep for a long time.

In our study, the best feature is not flashyit simply has enough presence for a dedicated workspace without making the room feel corporate. The finish reads beautifully in person. The piece photographs well, but the scale is what really works in person. It feels polished without looking as though the room was put together all at once. It does the job without looking like it is trying to do too much.
