Placed along the study wall, it brought a little order to an otherwise awkward area. The overall effect is polished but still relaxed.

Near the bookcase, our old setup looked cluttered; this gave the room a cleaner starting point. The overall scale keeps the overall look from feeling flat. The piece is more substantial than it appears in the photos, which is worth keeping in mind for a smaller room. It brings a quieter, more finished feeling to the work corner. It is a subtle upgrade, but a meaningful one.

To my eye, nothing about it feels wasted; it looks good and handles the ordinary parts of the day. The silhouette keeps the overall look from feeling flat. It has a polished look that still works for everyday use. The scale makes the surrounding pieces look more balanced too. It sits easily with the rest of our existing pieces.

To my eye, its proportions has a quiet way of pulling the guest room office together. The scale is right for a real office rather than a staged corner. The overall effect is polished but still relaxed.
