In our study, the silhouette feels right at home with the rest of our furniture. The overall scale keeps the overall look from feeling flat. This is the sort of piece that gets easier to appreciate over time.

Close to the bookcase, it does not compete with the rest of the room, which is exactly why it works. The silhouette keeps the overall look from feeling flat. I like that it does not fight with the other furniture in the study.

Placed near the bookcase, it brought a little order to an otherwise awkward area. The silhouette reads beautifully in person. It has settled in more naturally than I expected :)
