In the finished room, the practical side showed up right away: it keeps clothing and smaller items from taking over the room. It has enough presence to anchor the wall without feeling heavy. I needed a little time to settle on the exact placement, but once it was in the room the scale made sense. It feels personal without being overly specific to one style.

Opposite the bed, the bedroom storage piece looks like it was always meant to be there. It gives the room a more settled, grown-up feel. The piece photographs well, but the scale is what really works in person.

Near the closet, even our teenager commented that the room looks more put together now. It gives the room a more settled, grown-up feel.

With the room in use, there is something very easy about the way it fits the room. It gives the room a more settled, grown-up feel. It gives the room a more collected look, not a showroom feel.
