Stair wall clutter feels warmer with this there. It works for a room that gets used every day. It is not flashy, but it made the room feel more pulled together.

The lighter finish gives the wall a more finished look without adding bulk. It gives us enough surface space for daily use without making the room feel crowded. There is enough detail in the living room scale to make the piece feel special. Nothing about it feels flimsy or temporary.

Plain hallway looks less empty now. The material feels better than I expected from the photos. The depth is the detail I notice most.
